project H seeks to show the beauty of diversity, promote the need for acceptance of and harmony with each other, and support an organization that promotes healing and equality. For too long, the US has witnessed near-daily tragedies borne of prejudice. In response, project H is using hoodies to fight hate with love. Many wonderful people came together to create a unique "flower" photograph. Those people - all from different walks, talks, ages, and stages of life - were the flower's petals, each wearing a hoodie of a different color. It was a great opportunity to share sentiments of love and goodwill - and show that something seen by some as threatening can be beautiful.

It's time for the flower to grow, to invite more to share in healing and building harmony. Project H will photograph more people to add to the picture, soon offering the larger image as a screensaver, print, or poster to support a deserving not-for-profit organization through those sales. From there, it will be no small thrill to see people come together to make their own images using hoodies to celebrate creativity, diversity, humanity, and harmony.
